My father was Sherwood L. Cooke of Buffalo, NY and am interested in anyone who has pictures or memories of my father. Most of his pictures and do #$@%! were lost a long time ago and I would like to hear from anyone who could fill me in on his war experiences. My father died when he was only 61 and I do not have him to talk to about his experiences. I do remember meeting some of his crew in Buffalo, NY when I was a little girl. The next reunion of the 450thBg will be in Valley Forge Pa. The dates are October 19, 2005 to OCT 23rd, 2005. We wil be at the Hilton Hotel. Hope you all can come. My grandfather James P. Krebs served with the 721st squadron, any info or pictures would be most welcome. Sadly he passed away in 1975 and I really didn't know him. Thanks to all the vets of the 450th and all the vets of all the other branches of the armed services. God Bless you all.

I was the radion operator on 1stLT James C. Summers crew. We were only at Manduria about2 or 3 months and then were transferred to the 352 squadron at Foggia in B17 Bombers.

Nancy Jean Rellihan in her e-mail to the Guest Book Oct.16th did something that taught me a bit of a lessom. As much as I hope and anticipate for the book, Shadow, to become and as much comment that I have had about it, I never once expressed the hope "When's the movie?" If you feel like that be sure and ask when. That was really my impression from the minute I got half way through the book
