A liberator crashes on take off.
Early on in Manduria the B-24's lacked a fuel surge baffle.
On more than one occaision, with 100 octane fuel, and the forward
momentum of the fuel load at time of takeoff, the plane would explode
on takeoff in a giant flame ball.
This was quickly rectified with retrofitment of a fuel surge baffle
